We conduct a thorough credit and criminal background checks, including but not limited to sex offender records, landlord rental history, eviction, bankruptcy, lawsuits, and fraud.

However, leasing is a fluid process with many variables including asking price, condition compared to competitive properties, local inventory levels, and seasonality. In most cases, we can find a qualified applicant to fill vacancies within 30 days.
Much like the real estate market determines sales prices, the local rental market determines rental rates. After we receive the details of your specific rental property, we will complete a market analysis and set a starting price. We evaluate all vacancies on a regular basis and discuss our findings with you before making adjustments in the price.
