Do I get to approve maintenance and repairs?

Our property owners are notified of maintenance issues as they arise. In concert with our property owners, we typically set up a maintenance reserve of $250. This means, in the event a maintenance issue arises and costs less than the reserve amount, we simply resolve the issue and notify the owner. For larger issues, we typically gather multiple bids and contact the owner for final approval.
